Γεια σας.Προσπαθώ να κάνω hard reset σε ενα lumia 520 επειδή ξεχασα το κωδικό...Ακολουθώ αυτή τη διαδικασία:
Press and hold the Volume down https://assets.windowsphone.com/11fad6cb-5258-4ceb-9283-d30f67fb5e74/hardware-icon-volumeDWN-button_InvariantCulture_Default.png and Power https://assets.windowsphone.com/71780ab3-e8a1-45b0-a0d1-220bfbe6b989/hardware-icon-power-button_InvariantCulture_Default.png buttons at the same time until you feel a vibration (about 10–15 seconds).
When you feel the vibration, release the buttons, and then immediately press and hold theVolume down https://assets.windowsphone.com/11fad6cb-5258-4ceb-9283-d30f67fb5e74/hardware-icon-volumeDWN-button_InvariantCulture_Default.png button until you see a large exclamation mark.
Once the exclamation mark appears, press the following four buttons in this order:Volume up https://assets.windowsphone.com/6bd43a94-9d17-4c2d-8124-ac977d0da8b5/hardware-icon-volumeUP-button_InvariantCulture_Default.png, Volume down https://assets.windowsphone.com/11fad6cb-5258-4ceb-9283-d30f67fb5e74/hardware-icon-volumeDWN-button_InvariantCulture_Default.png, Power https://assets.windowsphone.com/71780ab3-e8a1-45b0-a0d1-220bfbe6b989/hardware-icon-power-button_InvariantCulture_Default.png, Volume down https://assets.windowsphone.com/11fad6cb-5258-4ceb-9283-d30f67fb5e74/hardware-icon-volumeDWN-button_InvariantCulture_Default.png . Your phone should now reset and restart itself. (It might take a while for the reset to finish.).
αλλά μόλις πατήσω στο βήμα 3 μετά που θα πατήσω το volume Down η συσκευη επαννεκινεί και δεν κάνει το reset.
Τι μπορώ να κάνω;
